Andrew Tom Wesley EARTH-616 Mayor Fisk's assistant, and lawyer. Son of James Wesley. He wanted to be a rockstar but to please his father Andy went to law studies instead. His relationship with his father was very strained, but a few years after he graduated with a doctorate, his father was assassinated. Mourning his dad, his guilt pushes him to take over from his late father to work for Wilson Fisk, a man he considers an uncle, and who ends up taking him under his wingAndy gained sound bending abilities after volunteering in experiments founded by Fisk in order to create an "anti-daredevil". It ends up being not very conclusive, Andy being quite lame in combat and ending up partially deaf after experimenting with his abilities, but Fisk made him useful in other areas. He is looking for revenge — he knows Karen Page killed James and he wants her to pay for what she did to James. He wants her and all of Matt Murdock's associate dead
